“Yeah, except that most fruits and vegetables could still be eaten, even when they’re going bad. With meat there’s nothing you can do about it, it’s either safe to eat or it’s rotten. No in betweens there. Since I don’t know what was in those blocks I guess I’ll have to agree with you, for now. Whatever was in them, it was enough to keep you alive, and in relatively good health.”
